Parties and acceptance

Service provided by Hollycorn N.V. Use of the site confirms acceptance of these terms and related policies.

Eligibility

18+ and legally allowed to play by your local law. Geofencing applies. One account per person, device, and address.

Account

Provide accurate data and keep credentials safe. We may close duplicate or risky accounts.

KYC/AML

We verify identity and address and may request proof of funds or source of funds. Re-KYC may be triggered by data changes, new devices, large transactions, or risk alerts. Failure to pass checks can block deposits or withdrawals.

Payments

Use methods in your own name. The cashier shows available corridors and limits.

• Deposits: credited when confirmed by the provider.
• Withdrawals: usually to the method of deposit; if not possible, a bank transfer or approved alternative applies. Processing times and fees depend on the provider and review status.
• We may split or hold withdrawals during checks or regulatory requests.

Bonuses

Bonus terms apply: wagering, game weighting, max bet during rollover, excluded games, expiry, and maximum convertible winnings from bonus funds. Early withdrawal can cancel a bonus.

Games

Results come from certified RNG or live studios. Malfunction voids pays and plays. RTP information is provided by game suppliers.

Prohibited conduct

Third-party payments, chargebacks, multi-accounting, VPN/dodging geofence, collusion, use of bots or advantage tools, bonus abuse, money-laundering.

Suspension and closure

We can suspend or terminate accounts that breach rules or law. Balances are handled per these terms and legal duties.

Liability

The service is provided “as is.” We are not liable for network or provider outages. No guarantee of winnings or instant payouts.

Intellectual property

Site content and trademarks belong to the operator or licensors. No unauthorised use.

Complaints and ADR

Contact support first. If unresolved, escalate per the Complaints/ADR section on the site. Keep evidence and transaction IDs.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Curaçao, unless mandatory local law applies.

Changes

We may modify these terms. Continued use means acceptance.
